INTRODUCTION TO SITUATIONAL LEADERSHIP

Situational Leadership is a model for developing people. Leaders must be flexible enough to adapt their style to the situation they are in. A good situational leader is one who can quickly change leadership styles as the situation changes. The model taught in this workshop doesn't apply only to people in leadership or management positions; all people lead others at work, at play, and at home.

This workshop provides training to leaders in providing the right amount of direction and support to the people you lead. The role of the situational Leader, as teacher and coach, is to challenge the people he or she works with to become increasingly self-motivated and self-directed. Situational Leaders provide an environment where people can learn; develop their skills, motivation, and confidence; share their talents; and contribute to the organization's success.
